A Study in Craft

Founded by Robert Devane, the studio evolved from a heritage of millwork and fine craftsmanship into a full-service luxury design and build practice.

What began in 1999 as a custom kitchen and millwork company has grown into one of the region’s most refined residential builders, recognized for architecturally distinct, one-of-a-kind homes.

Robert’s passion for building began early constructing intricate tree forts alongside his father and brothers. That same instinct for structure, creativity, and craftsmanship continues to define the studio today.

Each project reflects a lifelong dedication to thoughtful design, precision, and enduring quality.

Robert Devane

Founder/Project Manager

With over two decades of experience, Robert personally oversees every phase from initial concept to final detail. His daily presence on-site ensures precision, consistency, and the highest standard of execution. Known for his hands-on approach, Robert leads a multidisciplinary team that delivers a truly seamless, highly attentive, and refined experience.

Site Supervisor

Project Coordinator

Niki holds a diploma in decorating and is currently completing her Bachelor of Interior Design. She supports the design process through finish selections and coordination, helping bring each project’s vision to life. Creative and detail-focused, she ensures every space reflects the client’s needs and aspirations.

Site Operations Coordinator

With strong construction knowledge, Steve ensures each build is executed with precision and quality. He works closely on-site with Josh Chan, coordinating trades and daily operations to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
